GJST1 FEED-THROUGH HYDRAULIC SAMMING MACHINE, with a new design and up-to-date characteristics is developed on the basis of our long-time experience combined with the international advanced technology. This machine is considered one of the most efficient machines for samming bull hides before spliting in the tanning field.

The framework of the machine is made of high quality steel plate, structure rationality, firm and reliable, can ensure the machine running smoothly.
3-roller samming device is composed of upper and lower pressure rollers; can obtain uniform effect of high quality and even wet.
Upper samming roller borne high line pressure is covered with high strength and high quality rubber, and can bear max. working line pressure required.
The felt borne high pressure is imported. It runs smoothly, its perviousness and hydroscopicity are well, and its  working life is long.
Transporting of the machine is by a reducing box with hardness tooth surface, which has great transporting force and runs smoothly.
The speed of the felt transporting is stepless change by a frequency converter.
The idler roller is covered with high quality antiseptic glass fiber, it can prevent rustiness on the roller surface and protect the felt.
The hydraulic system of machine has the function of automatic dwelling, and equipped large capacity accumulator, so as to ensure working pressure steady. Normally, the hydraulic pump needn¨t running continuously.
The transport mechanism is made up of idler rollers and felt. Its idler adjustable device can make the transporting felt to keep centering and running smoothly. Upper felt can be centered automatically.
Flatten adjustable device with automatic lifting up/down equipped with a spreading roller inlaid stainless steel blades , can flatten the hide before samming.
This machine equips jerk protecting device, can ensure the safety of the operator;
Equipped with washing device for running felt. While running, the felt can be cleaned and maintained continuously, so as to keep its good perviousness and hydroscopicity.
The machine is equipped with flatten assistant device, can completely flatten the hide before samming, and its effect is more remarkable.
The flatten assistant device of the machine can be ordered according to customer¨s selection.
