GMGT2 The BUFFING AND AIR BLAST DUSTING MACHINE SET are developed on the basis of our long-time experience, together with up-to-date international technology.
As the machine set adopted with advanced technology, it is more reliable on its performance. The machine, especially suitable for processing all kinds of leather, including napped leather, corrected grain leather and buffed leather, equipped with different type of abrasive paper(cloth). It can buff in both dry and wet leather. Feed-through buffing machine has a large working width, can accomplish buffing process by feed through the entire leather at a time. It is the most ideal machine for buffing working procedure as it also can keep flat leather face, high productivity and low load operation. In dry buffing, it can be connected with Air Blast Dusting Machine at discharge exit to form Buffing Machine and Air Blast Dusting Machine Set.
Features of Buffing Machine:
Suitable for feed-through buffing of dry leather and wet leather;
Buffing cylinder is treated by special technique and balanced for many times by the balance machine imported, can run smoothly for a long time.
Rubber feeding roller is of low hardness and high elasticity, ensuring high quality of buffing effect;
Cooling system for cooling the buffing cylinder, can ensure the buffing cylinder running smoothly for a long time and can extend the working life of abrasive paper.
Through high accuracy adjustable carriage, the working thickness can be controlled accurately;
Running of conveyor belt can be controlled in two-directions, and its height of discharge exit is adjustable;
The clamp plate controlled by timing and pneumatics ensures feeding smoothly and get uniform buffing effect;
Feed speed of rubber robber and axial swing frequency of buffing cylinder are controlled by frequency converter;
Double Safety Devices, ensures the buffing cylinder be locked and stopped running immediately when brakes urgently or opens the safety cover above buffing cylinder.
