GJSP series COMBINED SAMMING AND SETTING-OUT MACHINE is mainly suitable for the big wet leather of whole bull and horse hides, it is used for samming and setting-out procedure before vacuum drying and toggled drying. After samming and setting-out, the moisture content of the wet leather can be reduced, thus can save energy sources in drying, so as to flatten and set-out hides effectively.

The framework of the machine is made of high strength cast-iron and high quality steel plate, it is firm and steady. and can ensure the machine runing well normally.
Using the setting-out structure of 4 rollers, its setting-out force is strong and can increase gain of leather than 6 %. After setting-out, the grain face of leather is in focus, the quality of finished leather can be raised;
The alloy steel setting-out cylinder inlaid stainless steel blades is balance d in substep before and after assembling. Otherwise, the machine has an automatic hydraulic device to ensure the cylinder to leave the Leather face automatically while opening and closing, so as to escape leaving over some marks on the face of hide;
The big diameter rubber roller covered with high hard rubber, which can bear max. working pressure required, and under it, has a smaller rubber roller for flattening creases of the hides and preparing to set-out them;
Using a hydraulic motor to rotate the felt and rubber rollers, its structure is close, little voice and little vibration, it can realize the stepless speed regulating for 14~32M/min. By a special device, to remain the surface-speed of the felt and rubber roller consistently under the different working pressure or different periodic wear, and not harm the leather;
Swing of the swing block connected the rubber roller is also driven by the hydraulic device and by the special hydraulic device to adjust wallop of the swing block at its limit position;
The rubber roller can turn forward and backward, some difficult part of hide can be set-out repetitively, such as the part of neck etc. so as to get the best effect in setting-out.
